The project reimagines the existing stadium in Sachkhere through a comprehensive renovation designed to meet UEFA Category II requirements. The development process included consultation with UEFA experts from Rotterdam, ensuring that professional standards were integrated throughout the design.

The architectural concept and functional planning support the requirements of professional sport, with the stadium designed for both football and rugby.
