Contemporary Logistics Hub

The project represents a contemporary logistics hub, constructed using a fully prefabricated, pre-stressed reinforced concrete structure. It combines high operational efficiency with a refined architectural vision.

The building’s exterior is defined by extensive loading platforms, ensuring the seamless handling of large-scale cargo flows. The interior features high ceilings, an open-plan layout, and modular storage systems, where the industrial character of exposed concrete and metal structures is balanced by warm wooden elements.

Special attention is given to workplace ergonomics. A mezzanine level is organically integrated within the warehouse space, alongside a container-style landscaped cafeteria that provides employees with a comfortable and inviting area for rest. This transforms the facility from a purely functional engineering structure into a human-centered, healthy working environment.
